Is this a real phone number or VoIP?
This is a real Australian mobile number on the Vodafone network, not a VoIP number. It receives calls and SMS like any regular mobile line.
Does it receive verification (OTP) texts?
We cannot confirm this. Our network operator has never confirmed in writing that the number receives third party verification (OTP) texts, so please do not buy this plan for that purpose. What the operator has confirmed is that calls and texts within Australia have no restrictions, and that the number cannot receive SMS while you are outside Australia. This plan is non-refundable, so treat OTP delivery as unverified.

Who can I call?
Talk and text within Australia are unlimited, and calls to 35 countries are also unlimited, including the United Kingdom and the United States. The 35 destinations: Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, France (landline), Germany (landline), Guam, Hong Kong, Hungary (landline), Iceland, India, Indonesia (landline), Ireland, Japan, Malaysia, Malta (landline), Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Slovenia (landline), South Korea, Sweden (landline), Taiwan (landline), Thailand, Ukraine (mobile only), United Kingdom, United States, Venezuela. Where a destination is marked landline, only landline numbers are included in the allowance; Ukraine is mobile numbers only. Numbers are dialled directly, but special numbers, such as numbers beginning 0800 and other toll or premium-rate numbers, are excluded. Calls and texts within Australia have no restrictions, and the number cannot receive SMS while outside Australia.
Can I keep my number by renewing or topping up?
No. Each plan is a single cycle. When the plan ends the number is released, and buying a new plan means getting a new number.
